I don’t understand how twitter would help b2b companies who have a very verticle niche market increase sales. Or am I missing something?

I guess you are right. After reading through this post, twice, I have found more than one way to use twitter again.

My lone ecommerce site is getting a twitter makeover as we speak.

I think article is missing real-world reality.
Why would anyone search for “zappos” ? how did they found about it in the first place?
And I suspect people subscribe to that feed just because they are attracted by freebies giveaways.

How Twitter is useful if you’re startup who can’t give any products or services for free?
